Tara - Office Manager

Hi, I'm Tara and I've recently returned to Elko Dental Care! I've been working in the dental industry for ten years and not only do I enjoy the diversity of our patients, but working alongside our amazing staff. I have four children and a bonus son, so my husband and I stay pretty busy. Between work, kids' schedules and teaching dance classes I am always on the move! My favorite thing to do outside of work and schedules is spending time with my kids, reading, hiking, drawing, watching/listening to Broadway musicals and planning my next trip to go and try something new.
 

Katie - Dental Hygienist

Hi, I am Katie. I am the hygienist at the office. I received my degree in dental hygiene from Apollo College in Boise, Idaho in 2007. I've worked in dentistry for 9 years and have practiced hygiene at Elko Dental Care for the past 6 years.

My patients and our staff are my two favorite parts of my job. I love to visit, laugh and learn about people.

I am recently married. I have four horses that I enjoy competing on. We do reined cow horse showing, roping and ranch rodeos. I love being horseback, cooking, hiking and spending time with family.

Renee - Dental Hygienist

My name is Renee and I'm a hygienist here at EDC. My husband and I have been together 12 years and have been blessed with four precious little girls. I grew up in the mountains of Colorado and recently moved to Nevada in 2017. I graduated dental hygiene school in 2013 and have loved it since. My favorite thing about hygiene is helping teach my patient's the importance of home care and getting to know everyone. In my free time I'm usually having family time and hanging out with friends.
 

Mindy - Dental Hygienist

I grew up in rural eastern Oregon. In 2003 I moved to Elko where I worked in the dental field for several years before returning to Oregon for college. In 2009 I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene and returned to Elko. I love caring for my patients and helping to improve their oral health. I enjoy working with our team to help our patients feel comfortable. I love spending time with my family in the outdoors camping, boating, gardening and cooking.
